3. To ensure that you’re the person making the purchase, Affirm will send a text message to your cell phone with a unique authorization code.

4. Enter the authorization code into the application form.

5. Within a few seconds, Affirm will notify you of the loan amount you’re approved for, the interest rate, and the number of months you will have to pay off your loan. You will have the option to choose to pay off your loan over time. Affirm will also state the amount of your fixed, monthly payments and the total amount of interest you’ll pay over the course of the loan.

6. If you would like to accept Affirm’s financing offer, click “Confirm Loan” and you’re done.

Going forward, you’ll get monthly email and SMS reminders about your upcoming payments. You can also set up autopay to avoid missing a payment. Your first monthly payment will be due 30 days from the date we the merchant completes processing your order.

Affirm loans vary between 0% APR and 36% APR simple interest. The corresponding finance charge is the only fee associated with an Affirm loan. Affirm does not charge late fees, service fees, prepayment fees, APR penalties or any other hidden fees for a late payment. They strive to always be more transparent and fair than any other form of financing.

What is the shipping weight of the Nectar mattress?

Nectar weights range from 60lbs (Classic Twin) to 146lbs (Luxe Hybrid King). Nectar may be slightly heavier than other direct to consumer mattresses, but it is built with better, heavier and more durable materials and we think that this is the right way to construct a mattress.

Can you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States, not including Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, etc. We do, however, ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional $350 per large item ordered. Shipping fees for products that have been delivered to an address in Alaska and Hawaii are non-refundable.

Shipping is always free within the contiguous United States, whether to purchase or return a Nectar. There are additional shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii ($350 per large item ordered). Shipping fees for products that have been delivered to an address in Alaska and Hawaii are non-refundable.

Will you remove my existing mattress when my Nectar mattress is delivered?

White Glove Delivery includes the removal of your existing mattress. An additional state mandated fee will be added for orders shipping to California, Rhode Island, or Connecticut. These states have specific laws for recycling regardless of whether or not White Glove Delivery is included. Please note that removal of your existing items is at the discretion of the service provider, and may not be available in some areas due to safety restrictions.

Yes, with White Glove Service, we offer like-for-like removal of one old bed frame for each new one delivered. The frame must be disassembled before the White Glove Service Provider arrives, and removal is subject to provider discretion. Certain items (such as hospital beds, water beds, overly bulky frames, or other bedroom furniture) are not eligible.

What should I do to prepare for my in-home setup?

To assist with a smooth delivery, please ensure your home is obstruction-free (hallway clear and pets put away). The team will install your new sleep solution and safely recycle your existing mattress. They won’t be able to disassemble existing headboard/footboard setups or move them to a different room in your home. On the day of your delivery, you can expect a call when the team is 15-30 minutes away.

There's absolutely no need to keep any of the packing materials once you have unpacked your Nectar. If at any point during your trial you decide that the Nectar isn't quite right for you, don't worry about getting it back into its original box.
